If you have found anything on this website of interest or value please consider making a charitable donation to Smile Train.  They provide free cleft lip and cleft palate surgery to poor children around the world.  I think it is impossible for anyone to visit their site and not be moved.

 

Here are a few items from their website:  Smile Train has the lowest cost-per-surgery, the lowest overhead and the highest productivity of any cleft charity in America.

 

100% of donations goes toward programs.  All overheads and fund raising expenses are paid for by members of the Smile Train board.

 

According to their website they’re the world’s most cost effective cleft charity and they meet the extensive standards of America's most experienced charity evaluator.

 

The Smile Train is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit recognized by the IRS, and all donations to Smile Train are tax-deductible in accordance with IRS regulations.
